Ordering Information

Our shopping cart is set up through PayPal,

so ordering is easy and secure. When you

see piece you’d like to purchase, just click

the "Add to Cart" button. To see what’s in

your cart or to proceed to checkout, click

the "View Cart" button. This will take you to

PayPal's secure checkout page, where you

will be lead through the ordering process.

Sales tax (for Texas residents) and

shipping cost will be added during the checkout process.

 

If you prefer to pay by check, please

contact us to complete your order.  All

checks must clear our account before your item is shipped.

 

Wholesale Inquiries
If you are a retailer and would like to

consider carrying our designs, please email

us to receive a wholesale price list.

Shipping Information
We ship all merchandise via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation and will provide you with a tracking number.  USPS First Class packages should arrive within 3 business days, Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays and weekends within the Continental U.S.  International delivery times vary.  Please contact us for

expedited shipping.  Relevant costs apply for domestic and international expedited shipping.

Return Policy
The jewelry you choose is a personal expression and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your design and would like to exchange it or receive a merchandise credit, you may do so within 5 days of the date received. Returns must be undamaged or returned in the condition they were received. When shipping jewelry please wrap each piece in bubble wrap and box securely. We will not be responsible for damage incurred during shipping.

Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.  Custom orders are final and cannot be returned.

Please insure your package and provide a tracking number. We cannot issue a credit if your package is lost in the mail.

Our designs are hand-crafted with great attention to detail in our workmanship. If your design is in need of repair within 4 months of wear, please notify us via email to notify us of the repair need and ship your designs to us following the above guidelines with the sales receipt.
