Five hundred faceted moonstones are poised on individual hand made, fine silver (.999) headpins and carefully linked together, one by one. It's a very laborious process, but the result is oh-so-glamorous! The piece is accented with a glittering crystal quartz asymmetrically placed to one side. Faceted blue topaz brings out the blue flash in the moonstones and sterling silver handmade Balenise accents give that extra little icy touch. The necklace closes with a sterling silver toggle clasp. The piece measures 19 inches (appx. 48.26 cm) in length. |
